Gravy Crane

Gravy Crane stitches together three very different roast characters: PNG's dark, full-bodied chocolate carrying a long finish; Peru's light-roast peanut-butter warmth; and Ethiopia Buku Abel's natural-process lift of mango, papaya, jellied berry, and chai spice. On paper that reads like a mole sauce in cup form—a dark chocolate and roasted-nut foundation with a bright, spiced fruit top note working against it rather than blending smooth.
