Origin: This coffee is produced at Finagro Gaia Estate, situated on the rim of Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater in the Arusha region, where high elevations and volcanic soils create excellent growing conditions. The estate cultivates Bourbon varieties and uses a carefully managed washed process to bring out clarity, structure, and balance in the cup. Precise harvesting and drying practices help develop the coffee’s bright citrus character, layered sweetness, and clean, lasting finish.
