Squatch Season is our autumn blend, wearing the same peace-sign sasquatch as this year's Cyclo-Squatch race shirt. Half of it is Costa Rica Las Lajas honey process, which brings cocoa and a clean cherry acidity. A quarter is Papua New Guinea for dark chocolate and body. The last quarter is Ethiopia, for berry and a little chai spice on the finish.
Cherry, cocoa, warm spice. Roasted in small batches in East Dundee while the leaves are turning, and then it disappears back into the woods.
